Tips for Fixing Leaking Portlights

I'm currently working on some fixes for my old boat and one thing that drives me nuts is how much the portlights leak in the cuddy.
The seal around the window is completely falling apart, and so far I haven't found a suitable replacement since it is a 25 year old boat.

What would you do?

Best place to start is to remove the entire window to examine the seal more closely. There may be other ways to build your own seal depending on how the window mounts up. Pretty hard to tell with just one picture and not being able to get a closer look at the way this window system mounts up.

Did you call Boston Whalers technical or customer support? I can call Pursuit and they can tell me every single item that was spec’d on my boat down the part number and if the part is discontinued through that same manufacture or not, it’s pretty impressive service.

I haven't had much luck with Boston Whaler.

But I did reach out to them again.

Most of the parts on my boat were made by TaylorMade, but even they don't know because it was built in 2000 which is a long time ago for them.

They have asked me to ask Boston Whaler... I just hope I don't get the run-around.

The part lists and build specs are all there, but for a slightly different model of my Conquest, and the only portlights shown don't account for all of the parts.

Hard to see where it’s laid out, but I would just buy a new one and cut out a new hole to fit, that thing is shot, it will leak from somewhere.
