Granted I don't know IronNoggin and I'm sure they're a great person but how else would someone interpret that handle? Especially given their repeated mis-reading of a misquote in this thread?

That certainly might explain the lack of reading comprehension amongst some of the folks in this thread! But in one case, the handle "IronNoggin" may be a metaphor for "hard headed" so it could be a known and chronic issue.

Ever thought it may just be a metaphor for "steelhead"

I'm not sure what gun you're referring to. I'm talking about the .50 cal that DFO mounted by Seymour Narrows in 1960 or 1961.
