Raw aluminium oxidation

I have grab rails and rod holders etc... I want to prevent oxidation on.

Anyone have a process and protectant that would last a few seasons between applications? Preperation, brush on or spray on.

Sharkhide works. It does get warn off in high touch areas but it only takes a couple minutes to re apply on a small area like rocket launchers. I do these once a season

Sharkhide. Prep makes a difference. If your stuff is ugly, it will stay ugly. If you clean it up first, it’ll stay pretty. YouTube has some decent videos.

Woody Wax works well too.

This makes me think I should do it I have a couple cases of nyalic (similar product) how does it show up that it’s wearing off? Bubbling? Or does it look like lifting clearcoat

Shark skin. We did our boat when it was new and 15 years later you can see the spots we missed... Well worth the cost and effort.
