Aluminum boat - asking price?

I have been given the task of getting rid of my wife's grandfathers old aluminum boat.

It is a 1988 Almar - 17ft Runabout.
It has a 1996 90hp Johnson (prop) on the back with a 9.9 mercury kicker of same era. (both run well)
Galvanized RoadRunner trailer w/spare - good shape
Plus old cannon downriggers, pot puller, rod holder, river anchor etc.

The issue : The boat is rotten through at the waterline. I ripped all the foam and took it to a boat welder who told me fixing it would cost me way too much and that the oxidation is cancer isnt easy to get rid of.

I want to sell this thing and get it out of my driveway. Anybody have any thoughts what older motors are going for these days? or any thoughts on my best course of action?

damn too bad its damaged so badly hard sell other then the trailer but thats only worth 1000$ do you have pics of the rotted out sections of the aluminum on the hull?

Sucks, I am a big proponent of the aluminum boats over glass but here is a prime example of why everything needs to be washed and watched for oxidization. Curious what caused the damage. Possibly from being moored and having a elec leak from shore power ? Could also be staples in the bunks and just sat and ate through ?

Unfortunately everything looks a little dated. Like has been said only real value is the trailer or list it for 10g and hope some knob with their hat on backwards gobbles it up with out really looking.
