The Double Eagle Owner’s Thread

We started cabbage, broccoli, broccoli raab, onions, green onions, peas, spinach, radishes, beets, and lettuce in the basement, then transferred them to clear plastic bins outside for a little hardening off. They are all in the garden now. Leeks, kale and more radishes and beets are out in the bins.
Celery, celeriac, fava beans, eggplants, peppers, and tomatoes are under lights in the basement. Potatoes are chitting; sweet potato is growing shoots in the kitchen.
Cucumbers, squash, and melons will be sewn downstairs next week.
Pro tip- a princess auto meat lug holds 35 2.5 inch pots perfectly. Where are we going to fit 140 tomatoes? Will up pot about 50 and give the rest away if we don't have a fishing/plant themed garage sale.
I think the purple undersides are from having the grow lights too close. Otherwise they seem healthy. Sewed about 2 weeks early probably.

Wrong thread. Nice veggies though.

I’ll bite….
1991 16ft
Owned her for 12 years
Bought it off the Original owner who took it to Nootka every year from 1991 to 2013
I used it in Vancouver exclusively until my son and I decided to explore Nootka for ourselves in 2022,23,24.

Will put it up for sale this month
Going to let someone else take her on her next trip.

Bought a Glasply project…

Soon to be my boat I hope. Just curious if just a sand/primer/bottom paint is all I need here. Costing me $3k+ from a few quotes.

Sanding will be a long hard job on that. You can buy a powerwasher gun that shoots a composite/glass material bought from Princess auto.It works great and gives the epoxy interprotect a perfect surface to bond to.I don't know if it's possible to rent the gun.
