Just fishing trips in a vessel of any kind on saltwater....

Not counting:-
Beach fishing
Freshwater

This is for recreational ...so if you are a guide or fishing charter operator it would not count...

Only personal trips.......

I fit in a whopping 14 days of personel beer fishing days..if prawnin and crabbin count add another 55!!

I did about 20 days last year which is a lot for me considering how many days I've done in the last decade and a half... but my kids are getting older now and less maintenance so I look for that number to increase to numbers like when I was a young buckaroo. :)

50+ days on the water

4-5 trips of 2-4 fishing days each per summer to WCVI. Maybe one more in late Aug/early Sept for sockeyes in Richmond some years.
I haven't got my head around the 2 week vacation when it's pretty easy to get 4 cohoes, 4 springs, 2 halis and whatever else in 2days of Ukee fishing if the weather is okay. Too honest or lacking in creativity I guess.

If you include prawning i'm probably in for 50 a year. It helps to have the boat in the water for 7 months of the year.

Close to 50 the last couple years, this year off to a slow start so maybe 35 trips.

Three days per week starting end if April until October. Fishing Georgia straight mostly with first trip to west coast lady summer. Hope to get another trip or two this summer. My wife also loves to fish so that is the only reason so many days are possible. Great family activity while the boy is still a baby.

Three kids under 6 made for 15 days in the chuck last year split between Sooke and the Nootka trip. The kids are a bit older and I'm thinking of involving them a little more. Hoping to hit 20.
