No, but you need a heavy trailer endorsement to your class 5, That relates to weight not the goose neck set up.Looking amazing! Do you have a class 3 license are they needed for goose neck set up?
15 - 16 thousand pounds according to the builder. Figured that on a tuna trip with gear, ice, beer, and full of fuel, it might tip closer to 17,000 plus. It will be interesting to run it over the weigh scales. What's your projected weight, full of fuel and water?

Lol!I like that beer comes in at #3 on an offshore trip list.
Yeah. It reduces some of the overall length and distributes the weight forward versus handing entirely off of the hitch. I also put airbags in my diesel one ton to better handle the weight.Awesome set up !!
looks like you’ll be right at you GVWR on the trailer. I guess at that weight, you’re better off with the goose neck.
The beam is 10' 6". It is a 33 but LOA including engines will be 39'1"I know it probably somewhere in the thread but what are the overall dimensions of this impressive build? That trailer may be overkill but I always go bigger as the extra stability will help when towing. I still can’t get over the pic of it wrapped sitting there, it looks huge.
I didn't read back the entire thread so may have missed it, what will you tow it with ?15 - 16 thousand pounds according to the builder. Figured that on a tuna trip with gear, ice, beer, and full of fuel, it might tip closer to 17,000 plus. It will be interesting to run it over the weigh scales.
