New boat build - 40 foot catamaran for end of 2022 delivery.

By the time you get them here, that doesn't seem like much of a discount. I was quoted 80k for these brand new installed with rigging.

25k usd for 300’s w dual station rigging. When’s your completion date again? ;)

completing woodwork with king sized people storage going in and poop chute completion. also some stainless work including some shiny italian rubber. also they ordered the wrong anchor so i need to sort that out. i need my rocna mk ii not whatever they slapped on there.

looks like this is the end of the line, folks. no more builder pics.

build is complete. boat is launched with delivery crew and on its way for me to pick up. my flight is in jan for handover.
next pics will be of the completed boat as I do my 3 year refit on her to get her to my zero crew ocean crossing standard. 🎉

Delivery crew snapped a few as it was leaving its home for the last few years...

Would love to see some pics of it in the water. I may have missed it, but where is the boat being delivered to?

dont have any more pics. delivery crew is on its way with the boat.
boat is currently in the Baltic sea transiting towards the north sea to its final destination (uk).
somewhere near denmark currently. will be in amsterdam in a week or so once they hit the north sea. guess we will find out how seaworthy it is when they hit the usual north sea 40 footers.

boat crew stopped in copenhagen and sent some launch pics. looks like my hydrogenerators are going to have a wet ride on deck.

haha. that they are. i like the hitting a tree on launch part. i imagine they will repolish, recoat and redo a ton of stuff once the delivery crew are done with it. mast / sails / upholstery / beds etc all have to go in and then the real work begins once i actually take delivery.

Can you report on the validity of the Vancouver, BC logo? It appears there is a photoshopped rectangle above the text, and the next photo of the boat next to the trees shows nothing on the stern of the boat and it appears that 50% of the stern is showing on the port side. Looks fishy to me. Is this your boat?

yes the name is blanked out by me. there is also a logo blanked out in the photo if you can find it. its trackable via marinetraffic and i dont want people to start tracking it lol.
boat is registered with transport canada to port of vancouver, bc. the font kinda sucks but i can live with it. not fishy since its not a fishing boat. but i will try once i get the auto winding reel things installed.
also idk why they offset the name to starboard ... maybe to avoid the tender hiding it ? anyways, TC doesnt care. only rule is 10 cm high block letters on stern. and 4 cm letters inside for the O.N. stuff.
