This is my second catamaran build with Allied Boats and 4th aluminum cat I’ve helped design. We took what we learned from each prior build and applied it to this build. She’s been outstanding, but it’s time to work with Allied on what should be my last boat (well, last for maybe a decade or so, haaaa). It’ll be almost the same boat, but a different cabin configuration.
Alfred Montaner took a great video of herat the 2023 Seattle Boat Show.
Search YouTube for Wdlfbio and you’ll see a few more videos of her in action. Lots of pics of the build process on Instagram @Localfissues
I took delivery in April 2023 and we put 149 hours on her stacking up salmon, albacore, halibut, lingcod, black cod, and rockfish off the Washington coast. She was built to provide us comfort, efficiency, and safety in spite of the conditions we face in the PacNW.
