It's all part of their multi pronged approach to weaken and undermine our Western Civilization. Dump boatloads of cheap, disposable junk on us, boatloads of drugs to weaken our society, and promoting multiple social "causes" that are a complete waste of our time, energy and resources. Yes we all are forced to purchase items made in china, however, wal mart etc will be selling CSA (Canadian Standards Association.) certified items (or at least they will have a counterfeit CSA sticker on the item) and have a service desk you can go to when said pos item is broken/defective. Buying an item directly from a Chinese manufacturer opens up a bunch of different risks (counterfeit, low quality, non csa approved, poisonous materials in product, slave labour used to build product, and what kind of return/warranty policy do you get??) Hopefully the OP never has to find out...
This is a country that is known to de-engineer and counterfeit EVERYTHING. They will even counterfeit baby formulas. We all know someone with a "Chinese" quad or dirt bike in their backyard - broken down piece of crap and can't find parts to fix it lol. No way in hell would I spend a significant amount of money on an unknown product like a boat from over there.
