Super simple. As the fuel rises, the float travels up and the float needle pivots down and seals off the supply off fuel until the float drops back down again.

Vacation time should be spent for enjoyment. If you’re getting on the water with oars and you still catch fish, then leave the troubleshooting until after you’re back home. Unless you’re using this thread to flip and sell used outboards.

@Rain City be careful if your gonna keep a rainbow or laker as you need tags for them if your fishing on the Shuswap and they have to be certain sizes to retain as well.

Nope, packed up and left it for another day. 2 hours from Canoe to Hope, has to be some kind of record. Ate at that Greek Restaurant in Hope and it was surprisingly good. Then it took us three more hours to get home from there. Bumper to bumper at 10PM on a Sunday.
