Can’t just pick 1….Had an amazing year. I released the halibut at the side of the boat. We estimate around 90 lbs but who knows…massive. My daughters first salmon. My wife’s birthday Ling. And the haul from me and my wife’s overnight trip to the top of Dundas.

One of my favorite go to spots in July is Anderson Bay, texada Island. The big fella below dropped by and still the springs kept hitting. It's been a heck of a season.

2 singles is my preference, but do have some trebles with single trailer.
I only fish bait if spoons are slow. That week bait was better by a lot.

Like everyone else it's hard to pick once you start looking through all the pictures. We had another great summer in Renfrew along the beach and offshore. Most days it's just me and the boy but I love every minute of it. Two of the pictures were taken by him. He seems to have a pretty good eye for some neat photos. Great pictures and memories posted so far.....

How can you fish with such a messy and disorganized deck? Can you please spend a month getting that tidied up?

That's what it's all about. 4 of 6 not fishing. Just enjoying the water and taking it all in. Makes the politics and closures more bearable.
