East/West thurlow reports

Has anyone fished around east or west thurlow islands I am heading up there for a couple of weeks but don't know the area at all. also is this the right year for pinks in the Philips arm I think I read about a good run into the philips river just not sure if its this year or next.

i just came back from Frederick arm/ Phillips arm area,we found that a pod or two of whales was hanging around so the fishing was slow, saw 5-6 being caught. Crabbing was great in Phillips arm and ended up getting 5 sockey and a 22lb spring at Greensea bay.
