Cuts of meat on sale

How do you old farts cook a rack of lamb? I considering giving it a try.
I marinade mine for a couple of days in, olive oil, garlic, S&P, rosemary, lemon juice. Then get the BBQ grill hot and put the meat side of the rack down on it for 4+- minutes until I have a nice grill marks. then flip it onto bone side of the rack for another 15+- minutes. let rest for 10 minutes and cut.

We had a rack last night but with the high winds and rain I had to oven bake at 430 deg for 25 minutes and then rest for 10. It turned out closer to med and I like med/rare but still turned out great.

I love this but not the pot you are Brining, Curing in....Best Regards
Hmn, I was wondering about that. Does it matter if it's not touching any other metals?

On second thought, I have lots of other options. I'll switch it. Thanks for the heads up

Typically I think most meat curing wants plastic. They don't recommend stainless containers in all the reading ive done when makeing hams and that one is aluminum.

Yes definitely and I just totally blanked. It's the only aluminum pot that I own so didn't even think about it. Meat seems to be fine. Adjustment made. 20250221_135603.jpg
I have several of these from the production chicken days.
