There was a short lived tub race up the Yukon River from Whitehorse to Dawson city. I entered it in a support boat with an outboard. Prince Rupert had one for many years, Frank Ney (mayor of Nanaimo that started the bathtub race idea) would come up and do his pirate thing, marshall the parade.
