Looking at a lot of these pictures I can't help but think that folks might sell their boat faster and for more money, or closer to asking if they did a few simple things.
The more a person is asking for the boat the more things that the seller might want to do
1) Have their boat professionally detailed ,
2) Take all of the extra crap the seller doesn't want to sell. or will include with the boat but knows it will just clutter things up, when people look at the boat.
3) Hire a professional photographer who knows how to shoot boats. (when we sold a few homes over the years our realtor had a great shooter who always came to the house and was ready to shoot during the Golden Hour)
4) Have a survey done and make it available - and fix any deficiencies.
5) Make sure that the ad has no grammar or spelling mistakes.
I am sure some of you would have things to add to this list.

Take out all the extra paper towel and Amazon power tools and power cord/ropes off the deck even if they are included.

Could be a good starter boat if it checks out. Yamaha v4 saltwater motors are good
