That houston has been updated for 7-8 months. Tough to sell the old houstons for 70k without recent and well documented structural refits. This one doesn't have that. It's a 30k plus shop bill when you have to gut one.Good chance this has been posted already

the 28 Osprey been a dock mate of Nooma's for many, many years. It would be very hard to find a better maintained or better equipped vessel.
At Pedder bay? I think I have a picture of it when I was drooling over the boats there. It’s a lot of boat.
