Beauty Albemarle here with no bottom paint and 200 hours on the engine, might be worth a look if you're ok with I/Os, comes with a trailer too. Just such a pretty boat.

He told me there was two people coming to look. 24+ others interested. He was gonna contact me if the two people bailed but I haven’t heard anything. I’m sure someone would have offered a bit more and sent a deposit

Wcr had a fleet of those didn't they? Would make sense some ended up staying in the charlottes. Probably has high hours and has spent a handful of years chartering the west side if it is an ex lodge boat. Or it's a scam, haha

Been a charter boat for 15 years. High hour motors and in an inaccessible place. I'd say that is about what it's worth. Repower and you've spent 110-120k.

I used one for a day when a guest at WCR at Hippa Island. Loved that boat, lots of fish fighting room, they had a 300 Merc plus a 15 hp kicker, it was a torque monster out of the hole. I looked at trying to get one when they sold off the remaining boats but wasn't able to.
