Probably has over 80k into it, 30k for the motor, 15k in swim grid/kicker and bought it for 45k.
2004 Commander 30 Flybridge.
Always pains me when I see a nice boat stripped of its tender. Davit is there but it's missing for 200k I wouldn't want to have to spend money on a tender ++++One owner, kept in covered moorage, which is not included. Very well maintained.

When I was a kid my parents had a glasply like that, that I think they might have bought off Tom Davis. My mom always said that was her favorite boat. She preferred it over the 24' (not sure if bayliner or fiberform) because she didnt get seasick when changing my diaper in the v berth. lol sorry mom

Us old guys, take a few minutes to figure it out, lol need to roll eyes emojis. But ya a friend had one mid 80 Olympic 20 ft, that thing was rotten so bad, never seen a hull flex that much in a small chop, scared the **** out of me, the sides, fiberglass was less then a quarter inch thick, how do I know ??? I drilled a hole to put a through hull for bilge pump, add to make a plastic washer so the fitting would snug to the hull it was so thin
