Totally underpriced, Radar package, Commercial Licensed, Low hours 300 HP yami, trailer with EOH brakes, locking aluminum cabin. What is a new boat like that worth these days 300k? A custom 21-foot aluminum with a Cuddy can be over 200k with taxes. Unique hull and transom, not sure of the builder/designer so not worth a 150k but if it's well designed could be worth closer to upper 90's to the right person.

I have fished for well over 50 years and I am at a loss why boats are selling for as much as they are. There is a real disconnect between the limited opportunities to enjoy fishing and the shrinking number of fish and boat prices. I have had boats for most of my fishing years however my primary reason is to fish not cruise or crab/prawn. I hope we don’t kill the dream of fishing for young people by high boat prices in addition to ridiculous house prices.

COVID has created situations that have never been seen before. Never before could you buy a new domestic truck, put 30k km on it and sell it a year or 2 later for more money to a dealer. Supply and demand I think has played a big role in the boat market as well. A lot of people buy boats in the states and bring them here. There’s businesses that do this with boats as well. When the boarders shut down and everything shut down that all stopped. New boats were taking longer to build due to lockdowns and supply chain issues. Then everyone wanted to buy recreational things like boats, rvs, bikes, motorbikes due to not being able to travel. Alot of people just use their boats for cruising around, island hoping, camping etc and aren’t influenced by fishing restrictions. A lot of compounding factors, but I have noticed a lot of the overpriced boats haven’t been selling. I’ll see the adds reposted with continued price drops. Big difference compared to 2020,2021 when even the 30 year old bayliners were selling for $40k.

I really like the look of this. Don’t know much about them, other than they’re a Florida boat. Hull looks similar to a Bertram, nice deep forefoot. Looks like she would ride nicely.Possible deal for someone.

I owned a few over the years, when they run good keeps you happy, when they start crapping out it’s hell, I don’t have enough fingers on my hands as to how many times I had to pull the engine out,starter seize, exhaust manifold, rusted out motor mounts, trust bearings, gimbal bearings and the list goes on. With an outboard everything is there easy to work on
