Boats on Used Victoria and Other Areas

It's a Realtor thing. ;-) I save the pics I think are relevant and attach them. The recent site upgrade made it so much eaiser. As mentioned earlier, using the marketplace version does seem to show more initial info too. Facebook is ridiculously huge, not sure why more do not use it for selling stuff.
Nice to have history too after its sold and gone!

Campion Explorer 622 with new Yamaha power for $60,000. I don't know Campion models very well but this feels like too much money...what do you guys think? The ad the guy posted is full of assertions but lacking details.

Way too much to list.
The boat from back to front/interior/exterior is all new!
200F yammi (102hrs!! 9.9 long leg- EVEN the two marine batteries - all new interior-professionally welded top-custom kicker pod-new Gelcoat/paint and even new custom steering wheel and factory emblem$-custom seats- you get it.
I have $10's of $1000's in receipts to prove WITH marine report showing boat has zero incidences.
The boat is basically brand new.
AND comes with a dual axle EZ load trailer with -yup-BRAND NEW disc brake conversion $$
An off-the-lot 622 Campion WITH the extras I have will run you WELL over the $100 000 price tag and that is NOT including the trailer!! and taxes alone!!
Buy this 'old' is 'new'-one for less than 1/2!!
I know what is out there and what I have injected into this very hard-to-find, sought-after boat.
The only other way to get into a boat like this is to spend the BIG bucks on new and add from there. Serious buyers get in touch LEAVE me YOUR contact number.
I will not respond to queries without a legit number due to scammers.
Thanks for viewing my ad :)

With due respect even if he is a member any 20+ foot boat that is that old has had 10's of thousands spent on it. He doesn't list the year and I would want more pictures of the boat's hull, interior and this awesome trailer. Is the engine still under warranty? I'd want the 6 year extended warranty on that model. Is the trailer upgraded with Kodiac Stainless disc brakes and is it even legal with that heavy a boat? Are trailer axles original? At 49k it would have a lineup started so who knows, if you have spent 60k on upgrading an old hull I guess you can ask for it.

A buddy sent me a boat last night, I responded email him to buy it or I will. Guy took the ad down in hours, so many responses I guess. At least you weed out the wishy washy shoppers when you price high.

I think it’s reasonable. If the hull is in excellent shape and checks out on a survey.

I too have an older boat in fanstastic condition that I’ve spent a large chunk of change on. I feel like if I were to sell it would be at a premium as there’s not going to be anything comparable on the used market.

You can get a new double eagle like mine with kicker and 115 for about $50k, a crappy used one is now about $15k or something like mine with new interior, new power x2 and mint trailer for $30k. Might be your best option TBH.

He has a point, you can spend $100k on a new one or have one that looks the same, performs the same as new and has new, reliable power for 1/2 of the price. I would strongly consider looking at it if you’re in the market for a new one.

Idk, I'm always leery of over exuberant ads. Feels like they are hiding something. I'd get your own survey done and not trust theirs.

Better than new, is his claim. I just think he needs much more than receipts and two pictures to back it up. It looks like a new one is a true hardtop with glass, but I'm no Campion expert but hope to be when my buddies take me out on their 542 and EX20, but I've been waiting a couple years.... Is that year the one with the composite stringers? Looks like the same mold. https://www.autotrader.ca/a/campion...&showcpo=ShowCpo&ncse=no&orup=3_15_19&sprx=-2

I’m just saying IMO he’s not out to lunch on pricing. Looks like a quality boat.
Motor alone was probably $30k, kicker 5k trailer 7-8k etc. It adds up for sure.
His sales tactic may be a bit over the top, but it appear to have a lot to offer.

For someone in the market for one it may be worth looking into to get more details.

For someone in the market for one it may be worth looking into to get more details.I alway try to compare with new price, Grady, pursuit, whaler, and some tin boats are pricy new, campion is not an expensive boat new in comparison. Think at 60grand that boat is way overpriced, not my problem if the guy spend 100g on it.this used boat market is insane , 3-4 years ago that boat would of went for 25
