These are actually great little boats. I spent quite a bit of time in this identical boat but when it was called Logic, before they changed the name to Triumph. One of the lodges up in Rivers Inlet has a couple of Triumphs and a Logic.Clean Triumph 170cc in Nanaimo for $22,000.

This is a rare craft made by the Larson Group which used Low Density Polyethylene (Roplene) as the hull material. This hull material allows the craft to have a very low draft, flexibility in the hull for shock absorption in choppy waters and is able to be beached on rocks, sand or gravel beaches. No fiberglass, no wood, no gel coat and no barrier coats to worry about. This craft is as low maintenance as you can make a boat. This boat came with a starboard floor which has been such a breeze to clean. No worry about soft spots and rots, this boat contains only Polyethylene and foam. I have had her for 3 years with absolutely zero problems. Upgrading to a cruiser cabin, only reason for the sale. Forget what you know about fiberglass boats cause this boat don't need it.

I have an appointment to view Thursday, the seller lives in Calgary, I'm not liking the balsa core idea for hull support, I guess these boats didn't have a stringer system but rather a core that the liner sits on...
I read the thread on the hull truth. Definitely adds a bunch of work if it is wet in the core. But a great looking hull.
