Too early to tell Scott,ask me again in 6 months.In the market these day's I thought I would never find a clean quality Grady 208 or 228.At least I have a cuddy now to stow all my gear securely.Nice boat Ray, is this the one ?

awesome , glad it went to someone on here looks like a great boat, very reputable hulls they ride awesome enjoy!I managed to buy this today with the help of my son.It was less than 24 hours after having major shoulder surgery.Is it not a good idea to spend this much when on Morphine?

I find it really hard to put value on a 18 year old 4 stroke. I'd rather rather have a 2003 2 stroke yam. They seem to hold up better than those early 4s.

That's not much info to go on. Grady's of that era had wood stringers and transom and are frequently rotted out. So check if the boat has had structural work done. Maybe hire a surveyor for a hull survey, and check the hull with a moisture meter to see if the wood is wet.
