Is 260hp enough for this boat? Anything else besides the 2300 hours a guy should be shying away from this boat/motor package?

Trailer should be upgraded to electric over hydraulic if you are going to haul her a lot. 10k maybe to do that?

Total guess but you will likely do under 30kn loaded with a 260hp but likely over 20kn.

Make an offer in the low 40’s and see what happens?
