No outdrives for me. Inboard with a shaft drive like a Shamrock is the only inboard I would own.

great engines and superb fuel economy. Parts are pricey but just keep up on regular maintenance

18' double eagle bit of a hodge podge but for the price could upgrade the main power and be good to go for a long time

Pretty sure that DE with the new merc kicker is NOT 18', looks more like a 16'. And that trailer setup is... unconventional. Definitely not the right size. I suspect the rear rollers will damage the fiberglass on the transom if used like that for any length of time. Surprised it works at all actually.

Might be a little underpowered for a total boat made out of 1/4 inch aluminum
