Both those pursuits are ex Rogers boats. Only good thing on them would be the motors. Wouldn't touch those with a 10' pole, and im a Pursuit fan.

what’s the story on those little I4 Cummins? I know they were offered in the 21’ trophy model like mine as well, but never heard anything pro or con about them

they are not a true cummins, they are made in europe by vm diesel, and do not have a very good reputation in the marine market. something to stay away from
