A smart person would buy this. Run it for a few years while cleaning it up then pod it when they found a deal on a new outboard.
Edit: it actually looks pretty decent as is and is loaded up with extras if he leaves it all on there. Epirb, outriggers, life raft, radar etc.

I think the price is pretty low, Either they are looking to sell fast or an in depth inspection is required to find out if its really a good deal
