Thats the worst of the Volvo diesel engines in that series. It was quickly bypassed and let to better engines. The 41 was the best in mho and the 300 was second best

@Redfisher yeah that dam dollar. I just was woken up by my son at 3, put him back to bed and decided to find some comparable for my buddy who is buying a big diesel. On a PM or another thread would love to get an update on your ride. Tuna this summer?

Quite a vessel! Why is the cabin floor raised up so high? Must have 1,000L of fuel under there for tuna runs...

Mike Kunz with Mike's Welding in Sterling is selling the boat he built himself. Mike put his heart and soul into building this boat, and unfortunately some health issues has forced him to have to sell it. Here are the specs:
-32'x10' Raised Pilot House Aluminum boat
-can be trailered through whittier tunnel
-Has hydraulic davit and pot puller and hydraulic anchor winch with 600' of line
-Has Simrad Electronics with Auto Pilot and extra rear screen at the back of the cabin
-Has full vacuum flush toilet & shower with 60 gallon portable water tank
-self bailing deck with fresh water sink in rear corner of boat
-fold down mast with space on top of cabin for a 10' inflatable
-has a wallace cook top stove & wallace forced air heater/defroster
-sealed bulkheads every 30"
-2 - 127 gallon fuel tanks
-c02 powered truck driver seats from kenworth
-3000 watt yamaha generator/inverter
-sleeping berth sleeps 5 & dinette table sleeps 2
-custom fit trailer to make loading easy
- powered by 2- evinrude E-tec 250 motors with only about 250 hours on each
- has marine survey report done january 2019

If someone snagged this today, there’s a lesson to be learned. Even a nice looking boat like this should have an inspection done. The results weren’t good. Both motors showing signs of potentially major problems caused by poor (lack of) maintenance.
