Looks like it could be a good deal with a newer 60hp on it.

I love these classic 15ft Whalers. Used to have one when I was in high school many moons ago.

This seller is a little delusional about what "mint" might be. Even with their crappy photos you can see all sorts of damage to the hull and open screw holes (a major no-no with a Whaler with a foam core hull). Obviously it's a 40+ year old boat so perfection isn't expected, but at least some decent care would be nice!

Looks pretty good. Trailer might be boarder line and given the age it’s looks priced for it needing to be replaced soon. Fuel tank may be aluminum or in need of replacement soon, so worth doing due diligence, before purchase.

Why go half way when podding a boat? The office worker that designed and built this left his chair behind as a helm seat. Waste of a good hull IMO.

Too had they didn’t do twin shafts in this model, or a big single with a shaft.
