Tuna, but I would also like to go for other species, black cod and what ever is out there down deep. I’ve only caught one black cod in close but only tried once. I’ve gotten my tuna gear nice and bloody on another members boat once but I haven’t gone in my boat yet but I don’t want to see a good weather Forcast that lines up with my schedule and not be able to go. I have dreams of whipping down to cali to the Channel Islands and some of the banks out there, so want to keep my options open.Insurance is all about finding something that works for you, but I am curious how often you’re going further than apprx. 37 km from the nearest landmark? Unless you’re a Tuna guy this gets you out to Laprouse, Swiftsure, Explosives etc all up the west coast and then the whole inside of VI including the inlets are all covered as well.
I’m just glad the boys are finding some savings on insurance, make sure to reinvest those savings right back in your fine machines
