2024 Tofino Reports

I'm going to be in Tofino overnight next week. Does anyone know where I can leave my trailer, and perhaps overnight in my camper?

Thanks Kaelc,
I will contact the harbourmaster and principal. Since I plan on arriving around three or four pm on Wednesday and leaving around the same time Thursday, I don't think a campground will work. I may leave my camper at home and just overnight on the boat, that way I will only have the trailer to worry about. It's still a pretty fluid plan at the moment.

I thought I'd give the Tuff City thread a bump to see if anyone had any recent reports? Heading over there on Sunday.

I could see some boats working a couple miles west of the Ukee fleet when I was off of Long Beach on Tuesday.

Thanks, see a few boats off Lennard. Got some American friends camping beside us I told to head to town to find some gravol. Momma is Jeckel an Hyde about supporting me going out, need at least one other person, my son 7 is good fishing with me offshore but my daughter 4 will need tons of attention. She has been pretty good but west coast is a whole different ball game

The Pharmasave in town makes (or used to ) meclazine....in my opinion much better than gravol.

I've caught Cohoes in Matlset Narrows in late July. Nice drive, family day watching bears if you hit a low tide, then slack for fishing. I don't know August regs up in there.

Any recent updates? Just got to town for 2 weeks, planning more fishing last week of the month but itching to get on the water. Brought my tuna gear but a little short on coolers. Happy to bring my tuna gear and a big cooler on someone else’s boat if you need a tuna deckhand
Seen tuna boats at the dock with lots of fish. Winds have been light.

Was red hot for salmon until today.
