Big one was 61 on the rigger on an army truck apex out in the middle crossing from bear creek to Paul’s Tomb.

Looking forward to trying some winter fishing this year, which I’ve never done. Does anyone have any success? Besides trolling slower, any pointers on gear to use?

Surface temps are still way to high. Buddy caught a 22” at 120ft today

How did the derby go?
Slow for us, nothing close to a tourney winner

Derby winner was 26”. We landed a dozen with the biggest being 23”. Lost a solid 26-27” fish right behind the boat as it came rocketing up from 90ft and spit the hook in the air right behind the boat.
