Homemade spot prawn, crab, parmesan and ricotta cheese stuffed ravioli
first attempt at making pasta was actually a lot easier then i thought, bought the machine on Amazon for $100
made in Italy make is Marcato
*Filling- prawn, crab, ricotta, parmesan, one egg, salt mix and chill it in the fridge to firm
up.
*Dough recipe- 210 grms flour, 2 whole eggs, 1 egg yolk, 2 tblsp olive oil, mix wet ingredients then stir into flour, need for 10min, rest for 20 min, then ready to roll.
*With a cream sauce made from roasted prawn shell's then put into some water to make a prawn broth and squeezed the juices
out of the crab sealed bag, sautéed onions garlic, cut up chucks of crab and prawn to add to sauce for more flavour, salt n pepp and cream.
