Cinnamon buns is like a whole day adventure, make the dough, let the dough rise, roll out the dough season it, cut it into strips roll them up, then let the buns rise, then cook them.

Lets just say when I woke this am a BIG mouse have been around , there was 5 missing this morning!!!!! asked the GF she told me dont make those again for a while .....yes it takes a while but there are so moist and yummy why not!!!!LOL LOL

Kitchen hack I saw somewhere, had to try it. My Miele convection oven tonight, used as an air fryer all the time, tonight I hooked the drumsticks between the wires for best hot air coverage. Worked well, almost no juice loss until I used a probe near the usual finish time.

JuBy: Yes, this year's whitetail. I made it over and back but was a damn tough hunt. Usually bring a couple home. Only the one this year.
