Last nights Birthday dinner for my son, can't believe he's 18 already. Back ribs slow cooked in the smoker, sautéed peppers, mushrooms, pea pods and carrots in ginger and garlic and Shrimp fried rice.

My wife is right-wish I could troll for beef or pork-chicken-not so much!! Looks delicious!!!

Still am a bit for another months or so ......might as well let all know had surgery on my stomach hence NO food lost over 85 lbs so far dwindling away......LOL LOL
