Couple nice chunks of white spring left over from BBQ the other night. Fish cakes! Love em, but rarely have enough leftover salmon to make a batch. And some Sriracha mayo to finish it off.
I gotta say, I’ve tried making batter from scratch many times, but Fish Crisp is my favourite.

Yeah I pulled out some white spring from sandheads a couple days ago, is bit smelly cooking so have been skipping that and just having as sashimi and poke. Is really good!
