What's For Breakfast This Morning :)

Didn’t have time to cook my steak last night so it’s steak and eggs this morning. Never tried cooking it this way before but saw it somewhere on the internet. Pre-Sliced the meat so the spices and butter get in better. 35 minutes at 260 in the oven and then finished on the stove top. Probably should have reverse seared.
Reverse seared whether in the stove or smoker is the only way to cook a steak I have determined . So damn good can’t beat it.
 
Little bit different this week, trying to get more veggies in with the morning protein. Diced celery, peppers, avocado, broccoli sprouts, spinach, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese and some kinda Japanese chilli spice.
Was fantastic and felt full until after noon.
