What's For Breakfast This Morning :)

This is like dessert for breakfast.
Hawaiian granola, topped with fresh papayas and apple bananas.

Manzano Apple bananas are about 4 -5 inches long, grown in Hawaii, less interior seed pulp, always firm to eat even when they have blackened skin and very flavorful.

Old school breakfast (when I was kid) this morning made with Italian round loaf. Toast with grape jelly and peanut butter.

When you are in Vancouver and if you like Italian foods you have to go to :

Bosa foods at 1465 Kootenay St for everything from olives, cold cuts, cheeses, sauces, pasta…..………and great prices. It is just worth going to Bosa to see all the Italian food. This is their deli olive, cold cuts and cheese sections. See deli photo

If you like great Italian breads, try Fortuna at 4240 Hasting St, great round loaf, sour dough, heavy rye bread and buns. Opens at 8 and by 9 most of the breads are out of the oven and for sale. Prices are great. The breads photos are from Fortuna. You can but Fortuna bread at Bosa but it is not not just out of the oven.
