Here's ours would like to see others , just doing this the wife picked up on Friday, we bring some up to 165 I T in the smoker slice it thin and mmm ham sandwiches.....Brine time is variable we've done a 4day and a 10 day 7 seems just right .Best Regards( or half cup of sea salt not both)

Leftover corned beef from St Paddy's got converted into hash this morning. Costco dehydrated shoe strings, dollop of sour cream with Tabasco. I like to start with charring the corned beef and green onion together.
