Derby posted up my peanut butter toast just needs a banana.
We were at Safeway and bananas were $1.50 us lb (in Canada $.65) and papayas were on sale for $1.29 us lb so I bought 5.
I tried papaya on peanut butter toast this morning and it was great and even better than bananas. But it looks like yams on PBT
I think we will be having a few more PPBT over the next few weeks.

This one came from a random short video rabbit hole.
Pour the eggs into the hot pan, push the bun down into the still soft eggs, let it cook, reverse the whole thing onto a plate, add some smoked cheese and the last of the fresh garden tomatoes that were green when we cleaned up the garden to one side, then flip one side onto the other.
