What Is This Fish?

A buddy found this fish walking his dog along French Creek today.

I think I see a white stripe on the anal fin. Without tearing its face apart- I would say coho

I'll go with Cutthroat Trout smolt.

I should have added it is about 3 inches long in that pic.

Looks like a coho to me too

Kind of a strange size for a coho this time of year, no? Wouldn't they be about that big in May/June? But yeah, it does look like one.
