What Did You Do To Your Boat This Week?

It's over in my books. Fired her up today. A few upgrades over the winter: new prop, new isen glass, some new Bimini stitching, new fuel tank, and a 500 hour service. Cant wait to splash it this weekend.

Was this always a belly tank and you just got a new one, or was it a conversion? I've considered doing a conversion in my Arima, but not sure how to quite make it fit without some pretty invasive fibreglass work.

$1232. Walter Bohn out of Sooke. @wolf recommended him. Approx 146L if memory serves. It was replacing the stock belly tank from Richmond Propellor would made the tanks for Double Eagle. He pressure tested and did nice work. Would recommend.

@chille51 it was just a new one. I seem to think there's a member on here recently that had a threadd into making a conversion. Might have been a fish hold though. Think it was on a Double Eagle.

One of the cleanest eagles in the game

I’ve been going through my boat trying to tidy up a few things .
-New tires / bearings on trailer.
-New coat of bottom paint.
-Installed new usb chargers at the table inside.
-Cleaned up the teak cabinets .
- Used up some of the Amazon flooring that I had left over from Inside and installed in a few places.
- Replaced some rusty shackles on my anchor.
-Raised my engines up.

Nice buddy! Getting her ready, season is coming quick!

My turn to blow money. Boats away getting new canopy and plastic glass windows, lexan up front. Bought 2 captain chair tempress seats and 4 new trailer tires. What RRSP fund?
Haha, I just talked to a guy yesterday about replacing my sloping back canvas and plastic side windows.
I got the boat un-tarped, washed and gear loaded this week for a weekend transfer to the marina.
Winter springs here I come!

You should run a bead of sikaflex around the areas he didn’t weld on your mounts this is where corrosion will start as moisture gets between those 2 pieces

Looking really good! I’m glad you kept her, I would have been pissed if someone else had bought it and I didn’t. Did you get tickets for the loggers derby?

Yeah I’m going to keep the old cruiser for now. Haven’t tracked any down yet.
