Wanted. Trailer guy in port alberni

I have a 21' 2005 magic tilt trailer that's been sitting in port alberni for the last 6 years.
It has surge brakes that are seized and I'm looking for someone that could do the brakes and also the carpet the bunks if possible.
The tires and axles look fine. Shops in town are extremely busy or don't want to deal with it.
Anyone know a back yard guy or anyone that would come and deal with it on site. It's located on the reserve at a buddy's place by the fish Hatcher. Thanks mo

there is a muffler shop that does the trailer work. i will try and find it.
