Vesselview and fuel level help

Ok, Merc 250seapro, 5” vesselview.

100gal/379L tank

Sender is a Meoller for a 13” tank. Actual rod is 12” and my inside height of my tank is 12-3/8”

Problem is I know I have about 85L in the tank but my gauge is showing 20L.

The vessel view has the correct fuel volume in it too as you can see.

So to the pics. The one is showing ohms at empty which is correct and also shows the 30ish ohms at full. The second is where the float is currently sitting when in the tank, I measured fuel level from top of tank. It is showing around 185ohms which would be about 85-90 liters provided the 240-33ohms is a linear relationship.

Why is my vessel view so off??? Everything seems correct with the sender…

Yes I watched that video but for some reason the calibration button is not lit up on my 502 vessel view.

This is all I could find for calibration, the interface isn’t that same as that video…

are you sure you have a vesselview ? that looks like a simrad/lowrance fuel data manager interface which uses a completely different measurement system.
thats actually the exact same thing i have on mine which gives exact measurements through fuel flow but needs calibration every time you have a full tank (i.e. you hit the full tank button). do you have a fuel data manager pack installed ? https://www.lowrance.com/lowrance/type/sensors-networking/fuel-data-manager-pk/

Definitely a VV502

huh. a VV502 is actually a simrad display. you have a 5" evo 2 basically.
what does Settings > Fuel > Vessel Setup > Set Fuel level source point to ?
also do you have the fuel tank box checked off under setup -> mercury -> easylink -> fuel 1.
