Hello Sport Fish BC Crew!
This is a first time offer, we are two families that own a split level home in Ucluelet, Spring Cove. Busy summer plans for one of the families will leave the two bedroom suite down stairs available a few weeks this summer. Out front we have a private 16' wide by 55' long dock. It's a 1 minute walk from deck to dock! Once you're ready to fish, drop the lines and we've literally caught springs without even starting the main, kicker off the dock. If it's offshore you're after, the Cove is outside of the no wake zone so this saves 20 minutes @ 7 knots idling out of the harbour. "Critical First Light Tack"
There is a fish cleaning table & water on the dock, freezer and BBQ for the suite. The front lawn, fire pit, secluded little beach look out onto the Cove and dock. Perfect family get away for fishing, surfing, hiking the Wild Pacific Trail. Enjoy all the amenities Ukee has to offer, we'll often boat into town for supper and hey the Kennedy Lake road work has been done for awhile now it's an easy drive with truck and trailer!
