Beautiful boat! Worried about staining that nice deck with fish blood, have a nice wash down setup?
Yes there's a raw water washdown as well as a hot and cold fresh right at the deck. The fiberglass will get scratched, there will be blood stains, but all of the cushions come out and there's plenty of room to move about. It'll take more care, but I have a shiny new brush ready for the challenge.Beautiful boat! Worried about staining that nice deck with fish blood, have a nice wash down setup?

Bleeding fish over the side is probably the very best way to get blue sharks close to your boat ;-)i fish with one of the most anal dudes on the planet. not a drop of blood on his boat ever.fish are bonked and bled in the water roped off. not my boat. total crime scene
No this is just for the bbq, puller and maybe a fillet table. The knife in sheath would be cool too lol. Could also be an extra rod holder. So many options.Thank you for keeping economy going! Are you going to get the burnewin Scotty quick-release mounts for each side?
You might want to consider the cleats. I use them for quick-attach fenders and they plug the opening in the gunnel as well.No this is just for the bbq, puller and maybe a fillet table. The knife in sheath would be cool too lol. Could also be an extra rod holder. So many options.
I bleed all my marlin while in the water, just takes a minute or so while holding them by the bill beside the boat. i find they are calmer when i flip them onto the deck minus there blood. We don't have blue sharks to my knowledge but have caught plenty of bull sharks, haven't had one show up to a blood trail yet though.Bleeding fish over the side is probably the very best way to get blue sharks close to your boat ;-)
I was wondering about how to cap them. That's a great idea. I may also rig a stern tie line reel on one of the plates. You might want to consider the cleats. I use them for quick-attach fenders and they plug the opening in the gunnel as well.

I think the tuna trip suggestions should cease though
I don't feel that it's unsafe, I just don't think the overall construction was ever intended to take that kind of a beating. Mostly to do with the doors and glass. The hull design and build quality is solid.not a safe boat?
Yeah we hit that ugly weather coming around point Atkinson last weekend. Although the hull and ride felt fine, the sliding door to the forward berth sounded like it was going to let go, and the sliding glass doors at the back rattled like all hell. As I said before there will need to be some reinforcement in these areas before I'm totally happy with the full send mode. I think with most boats, Tuna waters would rattle some stuff loose. I just don't want to put the new girl through that kind of abuse either.Oh you mean the interior would get **** bagged in weather ikay nakes
More sence
