I don't find it that bad. Each to their own. I smoke all mine too. But when I am busy at work it's nice option for a few things.

Why would a company knowingly not use your own fish for order. So weird to think that. 🤔
You think on it. You are processing huge quantities of fish at a time from many sources that require brining and prep=plus smoking in I assume commercial size smokers. You honestly believe that each order big or small is handled individually? I'm sure you would like to think that--but I wouldn't put money on it
