Squid jiggen- Finlayson arm

I heard that years ago it was possible to jig up a bucket of squid in Finlayson Arm. Anyone know about that?? Time of year?

the squid usually start april and just keep gettin better i usually can get them tell sockeye fishing starts in port alberni, around end of june, as thats the start of salmon season 4 me
