yep, that should work fine (he said 6-7 should make for an easy day and you are #7) - its a 9am start at the hatchery (directions above if u didn't go to the salmon seminar)...you might miss bbq though!

lol - yep, go for it - even 2 if you want just to make sure enough of it is done by the time you have to go. I'll bug hi5/chris tonight if we don't have it figured by then.

Ya, she had fun but was worried about hurting the fish if she didn't clip just right. So she stood on the sidelines and watched mostly. Still good to have them involved though, IMO. Seeding the future of the sport is important.

A beauty day and a damn fine looking feed was being set up for the volunteers... but we had other places to go so we didn't stick around for that.

Hey all - so planning for the weekend 26th to 27th (still unknown yet if Mel will do another weekend) - he says 15 people each day - I have about 47 people I see here interested and that doesn't even include groups of volunteers that JDS and nautigirl said they could rustle up if necessary.

How about post if 1 day is better than another (Sat or Sun) and I place you first come first serve (also, send me a note if it was a stretch for you to make it and I will leave you off this round). I would like maybe 3 subs each day that can keep the day free incase of last minute dropouts and please confirm headcount (ie, not 'I may be able to get a buddy or two', it will be easier if I get 'me +1 confirmed).

Bare with me as it could be a little chaotic organizing, feel free to PM if necessary as well to reduce the clutter (i'll free up my inbox).
If I don't hear from you, I assume you are fine either day - don't need to send another post and I will place you.
Once I set a schedule from the feedback, I'll send a list out and if it doesn't work, drop me a note then.

K, just winging it for something to think over as I'm gone for the weekend - I've interpreted from for sures and maybes etc and there are more people than spots so if you see your name and you think its actually a stretch to make it, send me a note and I'll put someone in that is free and willing. This is the only weekend its going as Mel realized a bunch of fry were released while he was on holiday - so this is 26th/27th May
