Snacks on a boat worst and best

Yep….i like the barbecue ones! lol. Pringles and twizzlers are mainstays on my boat as well as worthers candies. My choices look like I’m 12 and my parents are away for the weekend….lol
Don't forget Reese's Peanut butter Cups and Dr Pepper.

I like snacks that travel well, not messy, and can be eaten with one hand. We make our sandwiches on bagels which keeps the sog factor down. Landjaeger sausuge, jerky or some other salty preserved meat. Apples if I'm feeling guilty. And for early morning get up and go the wife makes great baked oatmeal squares that can be wrapped in parchment and kept on ice/cooler until needed. Like having a hearty bowl of oatmeal to fill the stomach, but you can eat it while running out to the fishing grounds.

For salty and sweet snack assortments to go with real food, it’s the Dollar Store for the win. Their bags of cashews or mixed nuts. .87c chocolate bars. My goodness what a big savings over grocery chains or gas stations. Someone mentioned those chocolate muffins from Costco, those are always a hit too. Thermos of hot soup or pasta on a cold day.

Love the dollar store

I find that I cant eat all that salty **** when I am out on the salt water. its a double whammy.

However, I love a good breakfast with those dried hashbrowns from Costco, fried eggs from the backyard birds and bacon or sausage. lol.

Cheese and crackers. Cut up cheeses, kolbasa, garlic coil etc in one Tupperware container, a variety of crackers in another, and cut up veggies in another.
